In this episode of Elizabethtown.A.I. , we dive into Give 270’s latest 20/20 Unicorn raffle, featuring a truly one-of-a-kind prize: a rare 1986 Blanton’s Frankfort Bicentennial 200 bottle. Released to commemorate Frankfort’s bicentennial, this historic bourbon is one of the earliest special releases of Blanton’s and is unlike any other. We’ll break down what makes this bottle so unique, how you can get in on the action, and the impact Give 270 continues to have in central Kentucky. Tune in as we talk bourbon, philanthropy, and the excitement of this can’t-miss giveaway! SOURCE DOCUMENT: Give 270 to give away rare 1986 Blanton's Frankfort Bicentennial 200 bottle ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky. (March 5, 2025) – Give 270, an Elizabethtown nonprofit, has announced that a rare bottle of Blanton's: Frankfort Bicentennial 200 will be the grand prize given away during their latest 20/20 Unicorn raffle, set for Wednesday, April 2. Released in 1986 to celebrate the official bicentennial of Frankfort, Kentucky, this limited-edition Blanton’s was bottled at exactly 86 proof. It holds the distinction of being the earliest special release of Blanton’s. In this one-time release, a unique stopper was used, featuring the Kentucky State Capitol on one side and the State of Kentucky on the other, marking the only time the classic horse and jockey design was not used. Notably, the bottle and box are free of any "Blanton's" branding. Instead, the label reads, "The Bicentennial Distilling Company, Frankfort, Kentucky." The official “Frankfort 200 Bicentennial” logo is printed on the bottle itself with no paper label. This same logo was used throughout Frankfort for its official marketing material. This release marked the first time a Blanton’s bottle did not feature a paper label. Give 270’s 20/20 Unicorn raffles offer $20 tickets for two chances to win from a curated selection of 20 prizes from a specific distillery, including an exceptionally rare "unicorn" prize. In addition to the grand prize, each $20 ticket purchased in this raffle offers participants a chance to win from a curated assortment of other allocated and limited release Blanton’s products, including an eight-bottle multi-color set spelling “BLANTON’S,” a seven-bottle multi-color set, a Blanton's Takara Gold Derby Edition from 1999 and more. During the raffle, prizes numbered two through 20 will be drawn initially, with all tickets returning to the tumbler for an opportunity to win the grand prize. The upcoming Unicorn raffle is set to take place live on Give 270’s Facebook page and YouTube channel. All proceeds will benefit Give 270’s work supporting worthwhile organizations and initiatives in central Kentucky. Tickets are available for purchase until 7 p.m. on the night of the drawing and there is no limit to the number of tickets purchased per individual.
