Moms juggle multiple responsibilities, including your most important role, raising your children, followed by managing your household tasks, working and simply living your life. It is very, very easy to neglect your own needs and well-being in the midst all of you need to accomplished. However, prioritizing self-care is CRITICAL for your mental and physical health, as well as your ability to be effective and present for your children. With all this in mind.
