This podcast describes the motives behind my research on political cartoons at the BICLM. While discussing my research and the motives behind it, I will also analysis Thomas Nast's, Andrew Johnson's reconstruction and how it works, and discuss how this comic is essential to my project and further understanding of political cartoons.
