All too often due to fatigue and stress we seek to turn our brains off. We want to veg. We don't want to think about everything that's going on and we need something healthy to occupy our minds. All too often we fall to things that don't build us up. What are you doing to be reenergized? What are you doing for yourself to build yourself up? How do you find power in a world of chaos?
One way people re-energize is to take a bath and soak in bath salts. Yet there is another alternative that people have begun to use. Instead of soaking in water they are soaking in words.
