So, what can you expect this week in the Peach State? Let's break it down for you.
Today is looking mostly sunny with a high around 83°F. You might feel a bit of an east wind at 10 to 15 miles per hour, with gusts up to 25 miles per hour.
Tonight, it'll be mostly cloudy with a low of 67°F. The east wind will stick around, blowing at approximately 10 miles per hour, with gusts reaching up to 15 miles per hour.
Moving on to Thursday, there's a slight 20 percent chance of showers in the afternoon. Expect a high near 80°F, still accompanied by that east wind.
Thursday night, that chance of showers sticks around, so don't forget the umbrella. Temperatures will drop to around 65°F, with an east wind of 5 to 10 miles per hour.
As we head towards the weekend, Friday brings scattered showers with a high near 77°F. The chance of precipitation is about 40%. Friday night, scattered showers continue but should ease up after 2 am, with a low near 64°F.
Looking into Saturday, isolated showers are possible before 8 am, followed by mostly sunny skies and a high near 84°F. Sunday will be sunny, with a high around 81°F.
