#14 - Pay Attention To Your Thoughts

When you’ve been doing the work long enough, you’d be surprised at how strong your mind may have become. In this episode, I share some news that I initially thought was devastating. I almost gave myself an entire day to go to a pity party but later realized that my brain was at peace. My thoughts were calm. So when you are faced with a stressful situation, try to take a step back and see if your thoughts align with your feelings. If not, try to change the latter.
