You have made a goal to workout more, get in shape, lose those 10 lbs and you are motivated and excited about it, until... you aren't.

You go to your burn boot camp, hot yoga, or CrossFit classes but something doesn't feel right. You aren't really happy doing the workouts, your body is complaining and your fitness goals start to peter out. Diminish. Fade.
