And we will be hearing from our host, Julian Furey, Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant at TMLabs and from our very special guest, Mitch Barnes, Principal Solution Consultant and APJ technical lead from Lightstep, the next-generation observability leader acquired by ServiceNow.
Mitch has over 15 years of work experience in the IT and ServiceNow industry and have held a number of roles - from systems admin or SRE in large enterprise customers, to professional services in systems integration companies, or pre-sales in software vendors. One thing that has remained a constant throughout that time is his fascination with data and how companies can use data to make business and technical decisions. Which is why he absolutely loves working in the observability industry and in particular loves working for Lightstep.
As well as hosting, Julian brings insights from over 7 years of experience, majority of it in the ServiceNow and TMLabs ecosphere. He also plays a core role in the creation and delivery of various innovative ServiceNow solutions in the GRC, CSM, ITSM and App Engine space.
