Processing loss and grief from a sudden health diagnosis, or, as in the case of my family two days ago, unexpected job loss is never easy.
Many of us are grieving and processing loss because of the effects of living in a pandemic.
Or maybe you're working through the 5 stages of grief as you deal with general life disappointment, the loss of a spouse or the sudden death of a loved one.

Today I’m sharing with you in real time how I’m processing grief and loss. I want to share with you an inside peek to:
- some of the ways I’ve been processing grief and loss (the good and not so good)
- how grief and loss are sometimes processed in our brains (and the brain's desire to keep us safe),
- how the 5 stages of grief can help us move through the emotions, and
- how our faith can bring us lasting hope and peace.
