172: 90 days off alcohol, gluten and caffeine: How I'm doing it and why

Hey Soothers! Today I'm sharing a goal I am embarking on starting September 1: Going three months without alcohol, gluten or caffeine. I talk about why I'm doing it (reasons include PMDD, anxiety, health, and oh yeah, maybe some magic?) and how I plan to do it, and am sharing all of this here for some extra accountability and support around this! I'm not doing this to try to "cleanse" myself or be super restrictive, but more as a continued exploration of the substances in my life that do not serve me and how I end up being in a spiralic journey of on and off with them and how I can continue to deepen into the belief that I get to feel good and not ingest things that don't support me in my feeling good. I don't by ANY means think anybody else needs to do this kind of adventure — if there's one thing I've learned in life it's that self care, especially health and diet, are singularly unique for each person — but in case you're curious or been thinking about this kind of stuff too, listen in.
