On this episode, we talk about one of our favourite things, YONIS! Otherwise known as vulvas, pussies and whatever else you would like to call them. Specifically, we are joined by the awesome Brett Christensen to talk about Yoni Mapping, something that Cindra has talked about on the podcast before and something that dramatically changed her world. Brett is a Bodywork Practitioner, specifically practising Yoni Mapping/Massage as well as Therapeutic Shibari, de-armouring and emotional release (more on these on a future episode). We talk about what Yoni Mapping is and how Brett came into this world from his background as a computer programmer. Brett talks so beautifully about how Yoni Mapping can be used to treat trauma and heal from abuse and disconnection that is so often experienced by women. Cindra shares some of her experience with Yoni Mapping and how pivotal it has been in her journey of becoming liberated and sexually expressed and we talked about how important this work can be for the masculine too. Brett shares some of his clients’ experiences as well and the incredible breakthroughs that can come about from this work.
