Pipeman and Arti discuss how many people have stopped living the healthy lifestyles they once did because of the pandemic, as Arti suggests we look at everything through a preventative lens, especially obesity, Diabetes and heart disease. Arti also talks about how important mindset is in leading a healthy lifestyle after Pipeman explains he walks for 30 minutes every day no matter what. Finally Arti and Pipeman talk about the enforced break the pandemic has given us, which is one of the few good things that has come out of this pandemic. We need time to rest and with the advances in technology, it is important to set boundaries from work so we can’t be reached at all times, something which Pipeman is teaching himself to do.
