Father James Mawdsley decided to take a stand against the July 2021 attack on the traditional Latin Mass, the motu proprio Traditiones Custodes by Bergoglio and its December follow up clarification.

He willingly left the Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter so as to speak out boldly against the start-at-the-top corruption of the Catholic Church without getting the FSSP in needless further conflict with the regime in Rome.

You might say Father has a history of taking stands. He spent 415 days in solitary confinement na Burmese prison, and did multiple stints therein for protesting human rights violations. This week’s episode was filmed before a live audience.
