Manage episode 318296757 series 2636706

I explain what happened on the bank side, and how the bank only helped her because she got through to the media.
I then discuss Wells Fargo getting rid of "overdraft-related fees" but not Overdraft fees... Make sense? It barely does to me. I discuss how the things offered impact like 2% of their client base, and not the ones who need help the most!
TNB Has recovered nearly $2 Million from big banks back to consumers, with nearly $500k of it being Zelle fraud!
