Blake explains how there all people he calls "serial wantrepreneurs" who never follow through with their commitments, they chase different things and never stick with something long enough to gain traction. Real estate is notorious for having a ton of people who think it's a great idea to get into, but not stick with it past a few months. Blake explains his simple formula: 1. Answer "Why"? What is that going to do for you? 2. How are you going to get there? What small steps do you need to take to get there? 3. Follow through on those steps and do not deviate away from the plan until you've accomplished that goal.
