Stop calling inquiries, leads and start looking at them as human beings reaching out. Welcome to Minute Mondays. Today, I want to talk to you about the inquiries we get, whether it's from an ad, from a referral, from a website or whatever, when we're trying to sell our product or service and we get these inquiries or emails or phone calls.

We look at them as leads. And in a sense that is the problem. When we stop looking at them and leads and humanize them and remember they're human beings making inquiries, then we can start treating them different instead of treating them like an object or an object for a commission. You can treat them as a human. You can treat them as someone who has a question about your service, someone who wants to support you, someone you can build a relationship with and have long term service with and repeat business with.

So humanize them and they begin to know you like you and trust you. And as a result, they will buy from you as well as reform more people to you because they know they can trust you. So see, people see a lead as a human, not a lead. See people for what what it is as an opportunity to build a relationship.
