As of today, Ivana has conducted numerous national and international searches for a broad spectrum of US-based and multinational companies, placing from mid to C-level Executives in a variety of industries.

Ivana was born in Naples, Italy and when she was nine years old she moved to Luxembourg City with her family where she completed her schooling. She returned to Italy to attend Universita’ Orientale di Napoli where she obtained a BA in Political Science. Fluent already in French, Ivana complement her foreign language education with summer studies in Oxford and in Madrid.

Soon after graduation she moved to the United States and settled in Miami. She obtained a master’s degree in International Human Rights Law from St. Thomas University. After an experience in Public Relations, Ivana led an international customer service program at Carnival Cruise Lines where she recruited and managed a multilingual team. This experience opened the doors to other opportunities in recruitment and in 2017, she accepted a role at YER USA as Director of International Recruitment focusing on the Italian Desk.

Being multicultural and multilingual, Ivana understands both European and American recruiting and business models and the challenges that Italian companies face when hiring in North America.

As of today, Ivana has conducted numerous national and international searches for a broad spectrum of US-based and multinational companies, placing from mid to C-level Executives in a variety of industries. She is passionate about her career and shows a true interest in matching candidates’ strengths with employers’ needs.

She has experience also as an Interviewing Coach and Resume Writer and she writes a blog on LinkedIn called The Real Deal: Hiring in the USA
