Described by Fast Co. magazine as the “CEO Whisperer”, Lisa and her husband Jess Arie now run Vista Caballo on the western slope of the Rocky Mountains in the Great Sage Plains. In 2005, they constructed a tiny cabin from local timber. They assembled a small herd of horses and brought in an extraordinary farm-to-table chef. From there, they created one of the most innovative leadership and human development frameworks in the world. They fast forward socially and environmentally conscious leaders and their teams who are striving for change and help them become aware that the next great leap forward in innovation is to innovate themselves. And the pathway to that innovation is their experiential and digital simulators for leaders.
She is a risk-taker, a courageous thinker, a believer in the wisdom of the natural world, and a practitioner of sound scientific methodology. Perhaps this is why she is recognized as the creator of one of the most innovative human development and leadership programs in the world. Lisa teaches people to come into higher levels of presence for themselves and their work teams and opens the gateways to perception and receptivity. In doing so, Lisa is training the next generation of executive and management professionals to do more than just lead. She is teaching them to engage fully with all of their senses and transform their companies and our world.
