Sometimes we feel attacked by several things at the same time. It seems like all core parts of your life is crumbling simultaneously.
How do I deserve this? Well, that is not a relevant question, life is not fair.
You might try to run for outside soothing strategies, but it will not help.
Your help is on the inside. The strength is in your heart. Slow down, go inward. Talk to your heart.
Find something good in each of the situations that seem to crumble. Focus on what you have, and not to gain what you lack. You will pull through and all the things that seemed to cave in on you will be resolving, one by one, if you stay in the good and happy and positive space about it. You will see
