In this episode, I dissect this question that I know people of color may hate, dread, fear, and anticipate. This question can cause so much activation in our bodies because of the reactions we have received in the past or have witnessed others receive. This microagression can cause conflict within us because it is related to our racial and cultural identity. This question can be offensive to a lot of us because we may struggle with knowing who we really are. This question is a tough one for a lot of people of color, children of immigrants, biracial people, third culture kids, and others. It definitely is not a fair question to ask so in this episode we dive into this question.
