Manage episode 323395266 series 2795725
Do you ever feel as though you have a very complex identity? Or as if you have many identities because you are bicultural. I sometimes feel as though I have lived so many lives because growing up among two cultures was such a unique experience a lot of people cant relate to. I was the first in my family to go to college, to go to therapy, and to become a therapist. My own experiences have shaped my worldview but so have my family's experiences. In this episode I introduce myself and my many identities. I also talk about the imposter syndrome that held me back from showing up for almost a year and give you an idea of what this podcast will look like going forward. Tune in for a talk from a therapist who keeps it super real and is very authentic and imperfect in her many identities.
