Your first time in therapy can be scary especially if you are not sure what to expect. As the first person in her family to go to therapy and the first therapist in her family, I break down what therapy looks like and and what you can expect. I start from the beginning with what an initial consultation call will be like and I also talk about what your first few sessions might entail with different therapists. You may be feeling wary and unsure about therapy even after you make that first appointment. I am here to answer your questions and concerns so that you can hopefully feel confident and more prepared for your first time in therapy.
