In this podcast, FitPro speaks to Carron Manning. Carron and her husband Lewis developed the evidence-based exercise prescription app EXi when they realised their patients’ low levels of activity and chronic diseases were intrinsically linked - and that exercise improved all their health outcomes. Carron is a chartered physiotherapist with an MSc in sport and exercise medicine. She has a wealth of experience in the NHS and has worked for the British rowing team, Tottenham Hotspur FC and the English women’s rugby team. She most recently worked with Team GB athletes at the English Institute of Sport.
