Dustin Hoog and R. J. Campbell talk with Andrew Simila. Andrew is a husband and father all the while balancing his life as an executive coach and professional speaker. Andrew, his wife and three young children (ages 6, 4 and 2) get to spend their very outdoor centered life in southern California. In Andrews words, he and his wife have chosen to build careers around their lives instead of lives around their careers.
There is a real lesson in commitment to a goal in this conversation. Andrew tells a great story of asking his now wife out 12 times over a year and a half before she finally said yes.
