Belinda Weaver believes there’s more to life than work — and has built a business out of creating more time.
Belinda helps copywriters avoid falling into the trap of low-paying work by showing them how to earn more money so they can spend less time working.
Belinda wasn’t always a copywriter... or even a creative. She actually started off with, as she says, “a very sensible career as a computer programmer” for almost ten years before realizing that it wasn’t what she was meant to be doing.
It wasn’t until she started working with a marketing team during a specific IT project that she had a lightbulb moment. A marketing degree and another epiphany later, she carved out her dream job, working for herself.
“A lot of copywriters have this moment, where I discovered what I SHOULD have been doing, what I COULD do — that made me feel great, that I could do and control my own work and my own time,” Belinda says. “That’s when I really discovered work with passion.”
