Every time I picked up a substance I was relapsing, but denial is part of the process. I used to think relapse had to compare to a tabloid of another celebrity being carried out of a club by bodyguards, but it was much more simple than that. Even though my biggest relapse could have been on an episode of TMZ, mini skirt, powdered nose and all. It took me a while to come to terms that I had been relapsing over and over again.
Episode 4 I dive a little deeper into of my first drink out of detox and where it led me to. One glass of wine turned into a bloody mess in the bathroom and having to once again drink as soon as I woke up to kick the hangover.
