In today’s episode, Neena is joined by Kristen Donnelly, an empathy educator and Founder of Abbey Research as they talk about what radical inclusive hospitality is and how it can help change the world that’s fractured by people’s tolerance of each other. Kristen also shares the importance of having “the conversation” by asking questions and listening to change the mindset in terms of the diversity that most people have today.
Kristen Donnelly (master’s in social work, M.Div, Ph.D.) is a TEDx speaker, international empathy educator, and researcher with two decades of experience in helping people understand the beauty in difference, and the power in inclusivity.
She is one of The Good Doctors of Abbey Research, COO of their parent company, and an unapologetic nerd for stories of change. Kristen lives outside of Philadelphia with her husband, where they are surrounded by piles of books and several video game consoles.
