Kendra Bamforth is an Doula, Birth Mentor Essential Oil Educator, and Holistic Postpartum Nutritionist (CNC). She has a deep passion to love on and support moms in all areas of motherhood but especially pregnancy and postpartum! She also guides a large community of empowered women in detoxifying their homes and family's lives by using plant-based medicine (essential oils) and overall holistic health/wellness/nutrition. Sophie Schauermann LCSW is a licensed therapist at her private practice, Rooted Rhythm Therapy and Parent Coaching, based in Denver, CO.
