"The Seventh Sign" features a young Demi Moore playing the most active mom-to-be in cinematic history, Jurgen Prochnow from "Das Boot" playing (spoiler alert) Jesus, and Michael Biehn from "The Terminator," "Aliens," and "Tombstone" once again refused the hero's role.
