Weight gain in Autoimmune, specifically Hashimoto’s, is a SYMPTOM. A lot of women are fixated on fitting into the image of the “perfect’ weight that they see displayed in Social Media, and Advertising.
But - just like with any other approach to reducing your AI symptoms in your body - there is no one size fits all.
There IS weight gain issues, which is due to inflammation in the body, and it is crucial to address the inflammation in order to make the inflammatory weight come down.
In this episode, I will share the 3 roadblocks to weight loss that I frequently see in my private practice and I will present to you as to why they are roadblocks and what you can do to move those roadblocks out of your way!
