One of the things that I have been learning more about recently is the concept of dating and relationships. This topic has been so relevant to myself and in my friend circle as we are getting older and many of us are single or going through separations from long-term relationships. I have started to question the norms, or so-called societal pressures, that we often put on ourselves to have infinitely lasting relationships. I have come to realize that not every person is meant to stay in your life in the capacity that they are currently in your life forever. Just because a relationship ends does not mean we have failed in some way.
My hope is that this episode gives you a sense of permission to really listen to your inner voice if you are doubting something or if you have been living in a place of complacency. Because you deserve all the happiness in the world, and while you may feel confused or lost at the end of a relationship, you will find yourself again. You will find a way to realign to your center and to get clarity on what is truly important to you and who you are.
