1. In your journal do an inventory of you life. Your family, your career, your home and ask yourself the question is it a f@&k yes or a hell no. If it's a hell no what action can you take today to cultivate the life that you want in that particular area.
2. If you feel like your busy asking yourself the question, What is the risk for changing? ask yourself What is the risk to me if things stay exactly the same?
