🟡 Just because you’re “doing everything right”, it doesn’t mean your body is going to change.

It’s entirely possible that in order for you to lose weight, you’d have to engage in calorie intakes, behaviors, or make sacrifices that would actually diminish your overall life experience - even if weight loss is an outcome.

That’s why it’s important to know the limits of your biology/psychology and when your pursuit of weight loss takes you out of alignment with healthy relationships with food, body, exercise, or mind.
