Although seemingly trivial, this is a huge part of being a great director and a skill that must be practiced and mastered through experience.

In today’s episode, we welcome Scott Baldwin to the Boardroom Bound Podcast. Scott is an entrepreneur, certified board director, and co-founder of DirectorPrep.com, an online resource hub for board directors to prepare for meetings so they can contribute, collaborate, and influence decisions. He currently serves as Vice Chair of Manitoba Arts Council, Chair of MAC’s Finance and Audit Committee and Chair of MAC’s investment sub-committee. Scott works tirelessly to help support fellow board members in their work to think ahead strategically and is a leader in this space. You won’t want to miss out on this episode of Boardroom Bound.
