Prayer Meditation~ what is it? From my Christian experience Prayer Meditation would be a prayer of asking and believing while mindfully meditating and seeing the answer, experiencing the answer. Please listen to the teaching and then join me for a guided Prayer Meditation. 1. Sit with your back and neck in alignment. 2. Take 3 cleansing breaths. 3. As thoughts enter your mind either let the thought flow on by or mindfully consider it. Ask questions, how long have I thought this way? How does this thought make me feel? Is there a place on my body that is holding this energy? And let these interrupting thoughts pass by too. 😊 Positive beliefs are based on the promises of God and that they are TRUE. All of this is faith and produces positive , healing energy. Think on these things.
