He is also the Men’s President of Pasadena Rugby Football Club, and was previously a Senior Account Manager at Lockton Companies and an Insurance Agent at Price Wright Insurance Services.
Together, they discuss whether the insurance industry is behind in technology; what Steven’s definition of a risk appetite is; how adding more layers to a project can overwhelm a project owner; and what some of the most important trends for risk managers are.
