Often time people don't allow us to go through the personal process and what PTSD is. We need to learn about ourselves and become the person who we are trying to be.

1- Self worth is knowing that it is not worth it to exchange parts or all of yourself to be loved
2 - Self worth is always validating your inner voice and intuition and following the advice given to you
3 - Self worth is knowing your boundaries; that means saying yes when you mean yes and saying no when you mean no.
