While the “Fear of The Unknown” is a natural part of us, it is also a highly self-destructive thinking pattern if we don’t conquer it.
On one hand, we have a deep desire to explore and learn about the world. This desire fuels us and pushes us forward to discover uncharted territories.
This exploration is what we need to feel fulfilled, to complete our soul mission and to feel accomplished about our lives on Earth.
The flip side of this desire is our complex fear about this exploration and our reservations about going for our natural adventurous makeup.
The Fear of The Unknown is NOT one specific fear. It is a collection of many different fears and a collection of fear-based thinking patterns that we unconsciously run in the back of our minds.
Over the centuries, the Fear of the Unknown has stifled billions of lives and created countless resignations and stories of failure.
So, what is it about this universal fear that makes it so devastating and leaves so few with the courage to face it and overcome it and claim a life worth living?
