She is the co-owner and Chief Operations Officer of The Balloon Squad, a Retail Balloon store, with locations in Columbia, SC, Dallas, Tx, and soon-to-be Charlotte, NC. She holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from South University. She is also the founder of Sisters Taking on A New Direction or S.T.A.N.D.2 a non-profit organization and a motivator for young girls/ women entrepreneurs everywhere. For years, Sheila has passionately mentored, guided, and taught young girls the importance of self-development, growth, and entrepreneurship.
