I know that affirmations are extremely popular these days, so I wanted to share my little spin on them.
I speak words of encouragement over my life, I speak powerful truths over myself, and I remind myself over and over again about my precious place in this world. However, I do it all with the words that lead us back to Jesus.

It's not me doing all of these wonderful things...it's Jesus. So, in the mornings when I do my affirmations, I make sure I include the Scripture to back them up. Let me tell you friends, it makes a world of difference!

In today's episode, I will share my system of how I create a list of personalized, Scripture-based affirmations. By looking at our strengths, weaknesses, and goals for the new year, we can create some beautiful affirmations for the new year.
