Before heading to D.C. to join The Hill's breaking news team, she was the city reporter for The York Dispatch, a daily paper in York, Pennsylvania, where she covered city government and economic development, and a reporter for Blank Slate Media, where she covered politics, crime and education in her hometown of Nassau County, Long Island. Rebecca graduated from Binghamton University, State University of New York in May 2017.
