Trevor Ratzky is an online nutrition and Fitness Coach at Tailored Coaching Method.

He’s also a black belt Jiu Jitsu Black belt instructor at Watson Martial Arts in St. Louis Missouri, husband to his wife Lexi, and father to his little Boston Terrier, Peaches.
