This episode talks about some triggering issues, so if you aren’t in a space to think about miscarriage or traumatic birth, feel free to skip - we totally understand. It’s always so important for us to give a voice to everyone who is one and done, and sometimes the reasons behind that choice are painful. We just want to reiterate that this space is for people who are OAD both by choice or by circumstance.
We discuss the many responses we received about gray-area birth trauma and how it feels when your labor and delivery experience isn't what you hoped it would be. We also chat about traveling with an only child and creating a support system for yourself and your child, even as an introvert!
