Pollution in our water, land, and air are major concerns for many people, and one contributing factor is poor waste management. This matter not only affects our environment, but also causes a variety of health issues for humans. How can we manage our own waste at home to reduce the risks?

La Vergne has spent more than ten years in the waste and recycling sector, working in regional Victoria with councils, businesses, and the community. She starts this episode by sharing how she manages waste in her own home. She also shares some tips to manage food to reduce food, and the challenges of waste management.
