"Qi" means energy or life force, and "Gong" means work or cultivation. Together, Qi Gong refers to the cultivation of energy through various exercises.
These exercises can include gentle movements, deep breathing, visualization and more. The practice is believed to help balance and harmonize the body's natural energy, improve physical strength, and promote mental clarity and emotional balance.
