What does it REALLY mean to have peace with food and your body? Maybe it would help to explain first what doesn't feel like peace.

Because for myself, my clients, online course students and community- feeling peace has not always been your experience with your food, and as a result, your body. Maybe you’re even there right now. The fights you're having with your body.

The war between the two of you, almost as if your body was separate from you. You can’t get your body to do what you want. To be the size you want it to be. To be able to live off minimal carbs and excessive exercise. I remember thinking to myself, why does my body hate me so much?

And maybe you can relate to that. Maybe you’ve even had that thought yourself. That disconnection, that lack of TRUST in your body, means your always trying to control things.
