Why don’t I simply heal my past?
Because I often overlay my past onto my present, which means there’s no need for me to go anywhere, my past is right here. And that’s where I’d like to begin, right here. In the present moment.
What do you do when you get sucked into a whirlpool of old stories, and overused emotions, a whirlpool where life no longer flows, it only spins, around and around and around?
What do you do when drown in your habitual responses?
Healing into my future directs us away from habitual response by employing the wisdom of one very simple question, a question with infinite possibility.
Who do I wish to be?
The answers to this question brings us out of the unconscious, whirling past, and holds us safe, in a space where we can cultivate something new, simply by thinking one healthy thought. This is the science of neuroplasticity.
