It's a tiny device that you can wear, that looks IDENTICAL to a normal ring. But look closer,and you'll see it has tiny bumps and sensors that can track your temperature, sleep, movement and much more.
This is my full review of the Oura ring, and how you can use it to track and improve your sleep. It goes without saying that by improving your sleep, you'll probably be able to lucid dream more, remember more dreams, or feel better in the morning.
