Are the Kentucky Wildcats finally about to land a transfer portal player?

Creighton basketball transfer Arthur Kaluma has withdrawn from the NBA Draft and has been immediately contacted by Kentucky basketball. The Wildcats still have seven scholarship players and following the departure of Oscar Tshiebwe, things look bleak.

On today's episode of Locked On Kentucky, Lance Dawe discusses Kaulma as a prospect for the Wildcats and makes Kentucky's case for him. He could become a more effecient shooter as a forward with the Wildcats and would be in line for a starting spot in 2024 if he stuck around. There's no reason why UK shouldn't want the former four-star.

Antonio Reeves is reportedly being pursued by several Big Ten schools... and he hasn't even entered his name in the transfer portal yet. John Calipari and the Wildcats need to make sure he doesn't leave for a place like Illinois, Memphis, Oklahoma or Michigan. If they can keep him on roster, it would be a small miracle.
