You've been taught to believe, that if you don't take a rest day, you're not as "fit".

That you're not good enough.

You won't lose the weight you want.

You're scared to eat on your rest day, and fear possibly weighing yourself.

The thought of taking a rest day makes you feel anxious.

You justify saying, " Well, it makes me feel better when I workout".

Which maybe, it does.
